Trust & safety, built in.

Great work depends on trust. We verify marketplace identities, preserve contract evidence, and provide clear support and resolution workflows.

Payment-ready contracts

Contracts, approvals, invoices, disputes, and audit records are built in. Deposits and payouts move through our live crypto payment rail.

Vetted, verified talent

Specialists pass a portfolio review and skills interview, and can complete identity (KYC) verification for a trust badge.

Reputation you can trust

Rankings are earned from real delivery history and client ratings — never bought or boosted.

Fair dispute resolution

If a project goes sideways, our resolution team reviews the evidence from both sides and mediates a fair outcome.

Private by design

Verification documents are stored privately and never shown on public profiles. You control what others see.

Support when you need it

A real team is available to help with payments, accounts, and anything that doesn't feel right.

Staying safe on ALHarih

Deposits are final

Crypto deposits are credited at the USD amount quoted when you generated the request, and can't be reversed once confirmed on-chain. Volatile assets get a shorter quote window than stablecoins specifically to limit price risk between quote and confirmation.

We never hold your keys

ALHarih holds no crypto private keys. Deposits go straight to wallets the operator self-custodies, and payouts are sent from those same wallets. Payouts are sent within 3 business days.

Refunds go to your balance

A refund is credited to your ALHarih platform balance, not the wallet you sent from. From there it's withdrawable through the normal payout rail like any other balance.

Keep work on-platform

Keep messaging, contracts, and files within ALHarih so the support team has a reliable evidence trail. Be cautious of requests to move sensitive activity elsewhere.

Report anything off

If a message, profile, project, or payment request feels wrong, report it. We may withhold or reverse a deposit or payout for anti-money-laundering, sanctions, or fraud-prevention reasons, and our team reviews every report.
