Terms of Service

A plain-language template of the rules for using ALHarih. It should be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.
1. Acceptance
By using ALHarih you agree to these terms. If you use ALHarih on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are authorized to do so.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Each person may hold one account.
3. Projects & matching
Clients post projects; ALHarih invites matched talent. We facilitate the connection but do not guarantee any particular match, response, or outcome — you choose who to work with.
4. Payments & fees
Deposits are made in crypto (BTC, ETH, USDC, or USDT) and are final once confirmed on-chain, credited to your ALHarih balance at the USD amount quoted when you generated the deposit request — price movement between the quote and on-chain confirmation is ours to absorb, not yours. Volatile assets (BTC, ETH) carry a shorter quote window than stablecoins to limit that exposure on both sides. ALHarih holds no crypto private keys: deposits go directly to wallets the operator self-custodies, and payouts are sent from those same wallets. Payouts are sent within 3 business days. Refunds are credited back to your ALHarih platform balance, not the originating wallet, and are withdrawable through the normal payout rail. We may withhold, delay, or reverse a deposit or payout to comply with anti-money-laundering, sanctions-screening, or fraud-prevention obligations, including restricting service to users or jurisdictions we cannot legally serve. You remain responsible for your own taxes.
5. Talent services
Talent may publish services and set their rates and engagement models. Talent are independent professionals, not employees of ALHarih, and are responsible for the work they deliver.
6. Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise in a project, ownership of delivered work transfers to the client on full payment. You keep the rights to content you already own, and you grant ALHarih a limited licence to display your content to operate the platform.
7. Conduct
Don't misuse the platform: no fraud, harassment, spam, deceptive payment requests, off-platform payment solicitation, or infringement of others' rights. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
8. Disputes
If a project dispute arises, ALHarih may preserve evidence and help mediate the contractual disagreement. The disputed escrow allocation is frozen while the case is reviewed; any resulting refund is credited to the client's platform balance, withdrawable through the payout rail described above.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the platform and its users. Certain obligations survive termination, including payment and dispute terms.
10. Disclaimers & liability
ALHarih provides the platform “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the work delivered by talent or the conduct of users, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ALHarih is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
