Terms of Service
A plain-language template of the rules for using ALHarih. Please have it reviewed by legal counsel before launch.
Acceptance
By using ALHarih you agree to these terms. If you use ALHarih on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account. Clients and talents each agree to use the platform honestly and professionally.
Projects & matching
Clients post projects; ALHarih invites matched talent. We facilitate the connection but do not guarantee any particular match, response, or outcome — you choose who to work with.
Payments & escrow
Project funds are held in secure escrow and released to talent on client approval. ALHarih charges a platform commission on completed work and a client processing fee, disclosed before you fund a project.
Talent services
Talents may publish services and set their rates and engagement models. Talents are independent professionals, not employees of ALHarih.
Conduct
Don't misuse the platform: no fraud, harassment, circumvention of escrow, or infringement of others' rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disputes
If a project dispute arises, ALHarih may help mediate and, where appropriate, decide how escrowed funds are handled based on the evidence provided.
Liability
ALHarih provides the platform “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the work delivered by talents or the conduct of users. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us.
