We use your information to operate ALHarih: to match projects with the right talent, enable messaging and contracts, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Matching & AI
Project details you submit are processed by our matching system to rank and invite suitable talent. We use only the information needed to make relevant matches, and matching output is a recommendation — you choose who to work with.
4. Payments
Live payment collection and custody are not enabled during beta. If payment services launch, relevant transaction records will be retained for accounting, compliance, and dispute resolution and handled with the selected provider under appropriate safeguards.
7. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request deletion, subject to those obligations.
8. Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, and private storage for sensitive documents such as identity verification files, which are never shown on public profiles.
9. International transfers
ALHarih operates across borders. Where your information is processed in another country, we apply appropriate safeguards for that transfer.
10. Your rights & choices
You can access, update, export, or request deletion of your information, and opt out of non-essential emails. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
11. Children
ALHarih is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
