Redesign the onboarding flow for our fintech app. Six screens: sign-up, identity check, bank linking, first deposit, and two empty states. We have a Figma design system and a React front end. Goal is to cut first-week drop-off, currently 38%. Need research-backed flows, high-fidelity UI and engineer-ready specs within three weeks.
